History of the Montana Lodge

The Montana Lodge was originally located on the west side of the Big Hole Valley about 15 miles from the town of Wisdom, Montana. Built in the 1940s, the log cabin served as a bunkhouse on the Pons Ranch for a number of years. In the 1990s, the cabin was moved to the south end of Wisdom by Daryll and Kay Jacobson. Updated into a comfortable, luxurious cabin, the Montana Lodge is perfect for a quiet weekend alone or an evening with friends.
